It allows users to browse vacant employment opportunities, submit Curricula Vitae (CVs), and request corporate recruitment service proposals.

No temporary employment service (TES) arrangement or recruitment placement line is established via the use of this online platform. All corporate client service frameworks are concluded through separate, offline written service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Candidate CV Uploads, Profile Verifications, and Warranties
    • 2.1 Accuracy of Submissions: When uploading a CV, portfolio, background summary, or academic profile via the Website, the user warrants that all information provided is completely true, honest, accurate, and up to date.
    • 2.2 Fraudulent Data Warning: Submitting falsified certificates, fake references, or misrepresented identity numbers constitutes fraud and will result in immediate disqualification from our sourcing pools and potential referral to the South African Police Service (SAPS).
    • 2.3 No Guarantee of Employment: The user explicitly acknowledges that uploading a CV or applying for a vacant position through the Website does not bind Agile Staffing to guarantee an interview, secure candidate background vetting, or successfully finalize a permanent or temporary placement with an external corporate client.

3. Corporate Service Requests
Any digital submission of an inquiry form by an employer looking for recruitment services represents an invitation to do business. Formal corporate onboarding requires standard business-to-business due diligence, credit checks, and signed operational agreements.
 
4. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All content published on this Website—including candidate evaluation metrics, specialized job description structural layouts, website text, interface graphics, design structures, and brand markers—is the exclusive intellectual property of Agile Staffing Solutions. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or use of these data formats is strictly prohibited.

    • 5.2 Exclusion of Commercial & Career Losses: To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Agile Staffing excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or accidental career disruptions, loss of anticipated earnings, or system bugs resulting from website usage or temporary site downtime.
